Q. I get a "Error 98" message, what should I do?
A. This a protection device to protect against others using your "Back" button and getting to your credit card information. If you enter your information and the transaction is declined, you may have made an error in your data entry. You must go back to any of the site pages and click the "download" or "credit card art" buttons to start the process over.
